Gabriele Schellenberg completed her apprenticeship in a guild house in Zurich.
Marcel Schellenberg learned at a young age, in the family business, a sound knowledge of his future career choice. His heart's desire was an education as chef, which he could fulfill at the Dolder Grand Hotel.
Enterprising we went together through different employments in the hospitality industry via Lausanne-Ouchy, Geneva and Zurich.
